It's Seer-4.0.1, trying to fix things.

1. New Translation - Portuguese (Brazilian):

2. Fixed some random crashes:
   - Current crash-free rate: 96%. After this fix, it should hit ~98%.
3. Text Viewer:
   1. Fixed the exclude option in user.ini not working for text groups.
   2. Fixed preview issues for some unsupported text types.
4. New Plugin: f3dviewer:
   - Supports most 3D models.
   - Replaces the old HTML-based 3DViewer with a C++ plugin.

5. New Plugin: mdkadapter:
   - Adds support for R3D and BRAW files.
   ⚠️ Make sure the plugin path only has English characters.
6. Media Viewer:
   - Hardware decoding is now off by default for new users.
7. Misc Fixes:
   - Fixed dead links in the app.
   - Skipped path selection during updates (less clicking!).
   - Fixed wonky control bar icons.
   - Fixed cloud files being downloaded locally against settings during preview.
   - Fixed moving windows being mistaken for "user-resized windows":
     Reminder: If you manually resize a window, it'll keep that size for future file previews until closed.
