Important Notes

  • Path Management: Do not place plugins within the Seer installation directory.
  • Case Sensitivity: Extensions are case-insensitive (e.g., .JPG equals .jpg).
  • Dependency Warning: Once installed, do not move or delete the plugin files. Doing so will break the integration, requiring a re-installation.
  • Performance: Only install necessary plugins. Excessive plugins increase memory usage and startup time.
  • Plugin Priority: If multiple plugins support the same format, Seer follows this order:
    1. .dll plugins
    2. Conversion-based plugins
    3. Viewer scripts
    4. Tip: You can drag and drop items in the plugin list to manually adjust priority.
